Frequently Asked Questions

You should expect to dedicate 3-5 hours/week to this program. You will join a 90-minute session at the same time each week. Outside of the weekly sessions, you will have the opportunity to practice the skills, write reflections, and complete weekly challenges.
We allow one missed session per customer, with a 24-hour notice. If you miss two or more sessions, we will remove you from the program. We expect everyone to be fully committed to not only the program, but also their fellow peers.
We cap each cohort at 20 participants. Our programs emphasize peer learning and live practice, and we’ve found that smaller, intimate cohorts result in the greatest impact.
We select founders and leaders based on their careers, interests, and leadership experience. Every applicant goes through an application and interview process, and we only select participants who are fully committed to the process and ready for transformational growth.
